This is a working workshop, not four hours of sitting and listening.
You’ll reflect, interact, practice, ask questions, and have opportunities to work with other singles as you explore what you naturally bring to connection and what can begin to change when attraction, uncertainty, or pressure enters the picture.
We’ll look at connection from more than one angle. I’ll help you explore learned patterns, self-talk, and responses that can influence how you show up in relationships. Lynnette will bring astrology in as another lens for understanding your natural tendencies and relationship dynamics.
And you’ll do all of this alongside other singles who are there to better understand themselves and connection—not to be matched with someone.

Lynnette Wennerstrom is an astrologer and the founder of Cosmic Moves, where she teaches a practical, right-sized approach to astrology that helps people build their own relationship with their chart.
Lynnette brings astrology into the workshop as another lens for understanding yourself in relationships. She’ll introduce you to Venus and Mars, two parts of the birth chart that offer different ways of exploring attraction and chemistry, including what draws you in and how you go after what you want.
Her approach puts you, rather than your chart, at the center of the conversation. The same placement can show up very differently from one person to another, shaped by our experiences, patterns, and preferences.
